The competition will be held on Monday, 17th March 2008. To make this a successful evening we need photographs from our members. Please look at the photo categories and pick some of your existing photos or take some when you have the opportunity. The audience will judge the entries on the evening and will vote for the best entry in each category. There will be some "small " prizes. There are three categories and you may enter a maximum of 2 photos per category, to a maximum of 6 photos per member. The categories are:-

1. My Garden in Summertime
2. A Favourite Garden
3. A Landscape in the UK

Rules for entering your photo(s):-

1. Your entry must be an original photograph, not previously entered in the HPS Cumbria Members' Photo Competition.
2. Your entry should be either a photo - print size 6"x 4"or 7"x 5" [please avoid using high gloss paper for prints], or a digital photo file [jpg or jpeg format].
3. Each photo must have a note attached giving the title, category number and your full name.
4. The Closing Date for entries is Monday 3rd March 2008.
